My mom is healthy, but I worry about her alone at home all day. Do you offer companion care services for people like her?
We love companion cases! Keeping Seniors engaged helps them with both their physical health, but also their mental well being.
Do I have to commit to a minimum number of hours of service?
We do have a small hourly minimum of 3 hours/day with total of 12 hours each week, this is well below the industry average.
Can I cancel my service at any time?
Yes! We do not have a Contract. It is a simple service agreement that requests notification of a change needed.
Can I change my service or schedule?
You can change the service anytime, just let us know 4 hours ahead of your scheduled service
We try to keep the same staff, but we also have to manage a client’s cost as well. Required overtime pay can get expensive, so having a team of caregivers is a good option.
How are your caregivers supervised?
Our Technology platform allows us to monitor when a Caregiver clocks into a shift, follows their care plan and when a shift is completed.
Simply let us know!! Personalities do not always match, so we will find the right match!!
Due to staffing shortage in Healthcare field, we request a 5 days placement time, so planning ahead of time is very importanr, but most often we can get someone out to help within 2-3 days!
What if my caregiver does not show up for a scheduled shift?
Call us immediately! It unfortunately does occur, but we will get you an alternate ASAP!
Yes we do,but patient must not be bedbound and Ventilator dependent. All our nurses are licensed and specialized in providing care.
